- Captain’s may pre-fill their teams roster form and bring it Saturday, or email it ahead by Thursday, July 27th to kfacpublicrelations@gmail.com. Roster Form
- All players will be required to verify age by picture id and sign the team roster on the day of registration.

In the event of inclement weather, we will attempt to re-schedule.
No refunds will be given for games canceled due to inclement weather or any other reason.
